Mark makes six different beers as of1/10/98. He started with his Cream Ale, Crystal Bitter, and Chocolate Dunkel. Then made his Bluebarry Ale, Pale Ale, and his lastest, Winter Ale. He has recently started to bottle his Crystal Bitter and will later begin bottling the rest. My personal favorite is the Chocolate Dunkel, which is incrediably smooth and only gets better with age. His facility is small, clean, and well organized. If given the opportunity, I would highly reccommend trying any one of his beers. You won't regret it! (Date added: 1/10/98) |
