Sierra Navada Pale Ale This Pale Ale is Excellant.Price$8.95 for 6pac in Quincy,Mass.A little high.Why is this a twist off? (Date added: 4/4/98) The second best brewery in California (Anchor is # 1 to me). They produce the best American Pale Ale. The Pub attached to the brewery serves ALL of Sierra Nevada's beers year round. They also serve some beers that are only ever available in Chico. So, if it's October and you NEED a Bigfoot, there is only one place to get it. At the source. Don't miss this place if you can do anything about it. We went out of our way and stayed an extra night in Chico to go here. Tours are offered and very recommended. But call ahead. The pub has weird hours. It closes at 9:00pm, but we showed up at 9:30pm and they were still serving for another hour before calling last call. (Don't assume that they still follow these hours though! Also, if you can, you might want to stock up on SN products while in town. They are extremely cheap in Chico! |
