Sierra Madre Brewing Company is a small operation located in the foothills of the San Gabriel Valley. We are a brewpub with garden dinning. Our menu is very simple yet unique. We serve a variety of sausage sandwiches; bratwurst, Cajun, spicy Italian, Polish, American hot dogs, Elk, Venison & Buffalo sausages. All are served with saurkraut, potato salad, a six inch roll. For dessert we offer the following: Plain Twinkies, Twinkies in a Raspberry Sauce, Twinkies in a Chocolate Sauce, or Twinkies ala mode. (Date added: 6/16/98) |
